napa corporate stores are better then privately owned.

great co workers, good demanding workplace

Cons

distant management, will act like you should in store policies day one. Higher ups show a great deal of "butt kissing" to make certain people happy

Pros

It is a laid-back and easy going work atmosphere. The manager is willing to work around your schedule, within reason.

Cons

Not much room to move up in the company since it is a small town business and even the owner does a lot of the same activities even the lowest paid employee would do.
