Pros

everything! Management is super flexible with school/second jobs, company truck, don't have to work late ever! easy job! everyone teaches eachother about parts cars etc, no ones too strict either!

Cons

if you know nothing about cars, you'll have a struggle, in socal the trucks get hot, bring a fan!

Pros

Performance raises are decent and fairly often. As long as you do your job efficiently and correctly, you will get raises.

Cons

Fast-paced, lots of work, and turnover. This would be a better environment if management worked on building teamwork and their communication with subordinates.

Pros

For me it was getting familiar with automobiles, customer service and inventory learned many areas of this company as well as working in warehouse stocking as well as picking orders.

Cons

doing inventory in a timely mater and pulling overstock in a timely fashion. But enjoyed it all!
