Pros

you learn a lot about cars through employment as well as a lot of opportunities to advance in the company.

Cons

can become a boring working environment due to the ups and downs of the retail industry. not a very steady flow of customers.

Pros

Good pay and outstanding inventory. The best of the aftermarket auto parts stores. Largest in sales for Equipment and Tools in the US.

Cons

There is no real training program in place for training of employees. Try to do too much with less employees.
