Pros

The benifits are great, when a day off is needed it is almost always granted. Great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Some downsides are uniform changes this year, we have to supply our own because GPC did not resign with Cinta. Also we stand 8 hours a day, a stool would be nice.

Pros

Working for NAPA can be fun because of the environment you are placed in. Meetings new people every single day and being approached with a new challenge daily also makes it interesting.

Cons

The workload can be unbearable and the stress is outrageous. Being the in customer service industry can wear on your psyche.

Company benefits are great and pay was ok. Genuine parts company is a great company to work for overall.

Cons

Management terrible unfair and downright evil. The practices of management are devious and made to make employees hate every minute of there jobs.
