Pros

The people were what kept me around.

Cons

The lack of communication and understanding between middle management and in store employees is hilarious, poor wages, and very limited opportunity to advance.

Pros

The benefits package was pretty good and I was getting paid a decent amount of money at the time of employment

Cons

The manager at the hub location felt like it was appropriate to devalue the work the counter professionals do. They like to use employees, eg. Hire someone on for a short period of time to get grunt work done and then let them go around the 2 month mark. It's sad.
