Some of the wages could be better depending on the individual employee depending on knowledge and years of service. It should not be wage cap for job title

No incentive or pay based on performance; annual raises are based on cost-of-living and are equal to 2% or less of current pay; chances for advancement or retaining employment favor seniority over productivity; management upholds a culture of being above hourly employees; no communication between departments, nor between management and employees; not a team atmosphere; company and management holds onto non lean or efficient practices instead of utilizing technology to improve productivity and waste reduction.
