-very good people to work with. -very helpful people to work with -management in the warehouse is helpful -pay is decent -decent breaks and paid holidays
Cons
-this company, in an attempt to save money no longer hires full time workers. Yet, they still show steady growth. Lay off the greed, and offer individuals who work hard a full time schedule. You can't live/afford health benefits on a part time schedule. -training is fairly poor and you are thrown in the fire, however its probably the best way to learn. -adjust the loading standards for loaders. Its absurd we get penalized when someone else neglects their job. -somewhat dangerous work environment. -individuals operating the forklifts can be somewhat reckless - fairly expensive health benefits.
