Great company to work for!

Pros

Very flexible with hours and time off requests. Very relaxed atmosphere. It could come down to good people more than anything.

Cons

The pay rate is from corporate and they only care about numbers so the money isn't great, but I'm only part time. I can't think of any realistic bad things. They have tons of online training, which is fun to do.

Insurance is ok, but nothing to be impressed.

Cons

You are just a number. The have a culture of abuse & bullying. Management violates company policy at will, they just cover it.
