Good Company to work for. Great bonus structure. The job is challenging in a good way.

Cons

Politics of business can be overwhelming. Long hours some weeks. Job can be stressful, customers can be a bit rude.

There are plenty of opportunities for those that put for the effort. NAPA cares about it's people.

Cons

Long hours. Upper management is sometimes slow to react or change to current situations. Stores are usually run on very lean staffing.
