Pros

Napa has the largest and most complete inventory under one roof that all of it's competitors

Cons

Unfortunately, Napa doesn't always practice what they preach with being concerned pf good personnel business practices

Pros

It is a solid company. you don't have to worry if your paycheck will bounce. There is room for advancement within the company.

Cons

If you don't give up everything for the company you won't have opportunities to advance. It is definitely a "good ol' boys club".

Pros

Strong Brand Name, strong customer service

Cons

Management is terrible. They think they own you and have no respect for your time, they treat you like a slave. Micromanagement is incredible, if you wipe your nose you better put that on your report and you better have the report in by midnight or you'll hear about it. No time to sell, because your cleaning out stores or repricing items that do nothing to help your sales, added all up they waste about two months of selling time doing manual labor.
