Pros

Best Auto parts training in the industry by far. Great pay if you worked hard and made quota. The NAPA family was my life for many years, offering a great package, good retirement, good memories

Cons

Fall of 2016 NAPA revamped the pay program for salespeople and I would guess that the greatest asset to NAPA their sales team ----quit to go to find somewhere where they were appreciated after NAPA gave most of them a 50% or more pay cut. NAPA took the well deserved employee discount on parts away in 2015.

Pros

Lot's of resources available and the hours are great. Middle management worked with me to make my transition smooth

Cons

Store was sold to a private owner with no ethics or integrity. He used me to get his remodel done then fired me with no notice or reason when I had no write ups or performance issues
