Pros

None that I can think of. Benefits were good, but have deteriorated. All the good people have or are leaving.

Cons

I worked at NAVEX for over 10 years in a variety of roles and was terminated with one day advanced notice. New management behavior toward employees is insulting and harassing to those they want to leave (in attempts to avoid paying severance pay). Pay is favoritistic and West Coast employees on average make 20-30K more per year than East Coast employees doing the same job. Was told by management that I needed to work on average 70-80 hours per week to be successful.

Pros

Superior products, good, smart people to work with Marketing team is awesome Sales reps are awesome, but overworked and not respected unless you are one of the 'favorites" (very biased) Executive leadership (Shanti, Conlin, Chapman) are the best Compensation is good

Cons

Sales management is laughable - they really don't care; rude and disrespectful. I'm leaving as soon as I can Lip service given to work/life balance - 60 hours is expected in sales organization HR is laughable - lip service given versus genuine care Current sales leadership is very junior league but their egos are so big, their arrogance makes them delusional. It used to be a great company before the private equity firm bought them and then the only thing that mattered was 'what have you done today?'

One of the great ones

Pros

EthicsPoint was a unique combination of work hard / play hard. The company was focused on growth, but also genuinely cared about it's employees and involved in the local community.

Cons

Good things rarely last. Someone came along with a big enough wallet, and EthicsPoint was no more. Merged with 3 other companies to form NAVEX Global... and subsequently the death of a once great company.
