Toxic Work Culture Retaliation is a Daily Occurrence Management compels employees to work extra hours without Pay Insular, Inflexible Company Culture - Unimpressive Management Poor Leadership both in Military and Civilian Components Backstabbing and Bullying by Peers and Managers Taxpayer Money Wasted in frivolous ways.

Cons

Everything moves so slow, the bureaucracy is insane, everything has to get approved by everyone. Even people that have no part of the project. With documents going through so many people, it takes a long time to get started. The key to the job is Follow Up, always know where and who has the documents.
