      The leave that comes with any federal job.

      Cons

      Management is incredibly inept and only promotes YES men/women that tell them what they want to hear. NAVFAC does an excellent job of making rules and regulations then promptly ignoring all of them.

      Integrity is propagandized but gets exploited, department lies to itself regarding production capabilities, department over-promises to Congress and doesn’t want to resolve its errors, department retaliates whistleblowers despite propaganda describing the practice.
