      - Good Naval leadership - Flexibility of work schedule/teleworking - Focus on people and supporting their people (as much as they can w/in the confines of working for the Fed Gov)

      - Federal Gov games - decreasing budgets - surrounded by cynical, obese, unhappy Retired In Place/only here for the paycheck, older workforce
