Bonuses are a slap in the face. Supervisors and chain of command out of touch and not competent. This is an agency run by pretend-engineers that no little about design and less about construction. The most unethical office I've ever seen in my life. It does not matter how many times you advocate or address issues with management absolutely nothing happens. Verbally Abusive Extremely poor management / good ol boys club Zero accountability or repercussions Continous excuses for "government red tape" or being slow....when in retrospect HR is beyond corrupt at this office Training / lack of training / excuses for no training Promoting people because of lack of availability of candidates to then poorly manage people to the ground Bullying /Harassment /Discrimination toward minorities, people of color women and young presenting team members Treating people like indentured servents to their job but we are so "progressive" and "great" Non existent culture Architecture dept will never change , especially when you continually drive new / emerging talent out the door.
