Pros
You know your pay is equal, and when you will get raises. They were great to work with before I became disabled.
Cons
Do not work with you on appropriate accommodations, or time off due to new medical conditions and disabilities. They fought me on accommodations that were recommended for my disability by opm.gov. Changed my accommodations without talking to me. Would not work with me to find accommodations that would work for both of us. In the end they fired me because I could not fulfill my required hours, because they would not provide me the accommodations that would allow me to do so.
