Lack of career advancement. People are hiring their friends who not qualified for position while others who qualified are rejected. You can't get interview but you made cert.It's crazy. Need to be investigation or grievance filed (multiple times).It's ridiculous. They hire good people but they don't stay long once they learn about lack of opportunity and unfair treatment in career advancement. Also, the pay is much lower in government.Unless you out of work for while and just need stable paycheck do not waste your time. The morale is bad. People are frustrated and not motivated. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
