      Friendly co workers Very relaxed atmosphere Great benefits Annual Raises

      Cons

      Everything moves so slow, the bureaucracy is insane, everything has to get approved by everyone. Even people that have no part of the project. With documents going through so many people, it takes a long time to get started. The key to the job is Follow Up, always know where and who has the documents.

      Pros

      Stable job with good pay and benefits, and an overall friendly work environment. Offers work opportunities all around the world all within the same "company".

      Cons

      Things are slow to change. Everything from software programs and protocol, to the office environment and work schedule/type options. Still working with Microsoft Office 2010 in a cubicle farm with no option to telecommute and having to record the same required, annual training into 5 different websites for tracking purposes.
