Pros

Name recognition, some cool merchandise, get to work for a league you can be proud of

Cons

Awful work life-balance. You will be expected to do the work of 3 people and not get compensated accordingly. Don't believe when they tell you project employees get an advantage when applying for full-time positions, the NBA prefers hiring from the outside. You get no social benefits as a project employee, you make less and pay more health insurance while getting no paid time off. favoritism is rampant, you will not be judged by your work but by who from management you suck up to

great perks, cafe on site w/ good food options, adidas discount

people - good luck w/ whoever you have as a manager - the politics in this place suck. Could be a nice place to work depending on your department
