People are unquestionably impressed when you tell them you work at the NBA.

Cons

You're told during your interview as a logger that there are serious growth opportunities for individuals who have the determination, skills, and wherewithal, yet literally no one who starts out today will advance. If you're a young buck trying to climb the ladder at NBA Entertainment, listen clearly: it will never happen.

-Amazing perks -Forward thinking and progressive culture -Adam Silver is an amazing leader and strategist -Flexible hours/work schedule depending on department -Extremely transparent -Data driven -Great female representation in upper management -Trying to become "the best place to work"

Cons

-They are trying to improve visibility into promotions but they have continuously failed. There still seems to be the same people moving up year after year. -Low salary compared to other comparable jobs -Too many levels. Hard for people who are ambitious and want that Manager or Director position. -You hit a glass ceiling very fast
