Pros

Fun events, great family orientated vibe within certain departments, great benefit package

Cons

No growth. No training. No one ever leaves, which means no one ever moves up. People I know there have been a coordinator for 10+ years... You can be doing upper management work but still get paid for your lower level position. Also, you don't get paid enough for the amount of work you do.

Pros

Some very good and talented people. Who doesn't love sports? Good perks as well if you're in the right department.

Cons

Very slow to promote. Human Resources is a nightmare. A lot of red tape, although it's getting better with a new EVP they hired. But still have some of the old guard who just don't get it.

Pros

Great experience gaining in the sports industry, with some of the most knowledgeable people.

Cons

Monster corporation that grinds away, meaning that HR runs your life, there is little-to-no job growth opportunity and they know they can easily replace you. Ground floor salary in a HUGE, expensive city.
