NBBJ is a good place to work. Really good flexibility. Very little politics. Very interesting projects. Excellent computer/network infrastructure. Working from home is as fast and easy as to work in the office. Very qualified peers

Cons

Be prepared to collaborate with other offices including the office in India

At time of hire, nobody in my interviews was there on my first day and I never met them in my entire first month. Projects were handed around between multiple people trying to find anybody to resolve with no guidance or help learning the history of it. When I was finally placed on a project team, I was working well after midnight 4 days a week. Management was distant and unhelpful. So many egos to maneuver at this company. 2/10, wouldn’t recommend.
