I recently hit my one-year mark at NBBJ and could not be happier. This is a great company, with awesome benefits and an inclusive, collaborative culture. It is a firm made up of incredible talent and leadership. I consider myself lucky!

Career Opportunities: If you want to develop and progress here, there are many opportunities for upward growth. Authentic leadership: The firm leadership team hosts quarterly townhalls where they report on the business outlook, recent wins, and host a live Q&A. I appreciate these honest discussions and insights they share. Work Life Balance: There are times of the year where you can get really busy, but my team always encourages taking time away to reset/refresh afterwards. Day to day, there's also a lot of flexibility and understanding for personal schedules/needs.
