Large scale projects, multidisciplinary teams and great collaboration. Great benefits specially healthcare coverage for employees.

Cons

Rigid tier structure, moved from remote to 4 days in the office hrs with limited remote flexibility. Poor life work balance. Pay and bonus not that great considering demanding project schedule and working hrs.

Great culture and focus on leadership development. Also really good projects to work on with talented people.

Cons

Historically very conservative on compensation and the positive work culture does not translate to all of the different studios in the firm.
