      Design-oriented but little technical expertise

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Office culture is relaxed.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings with few results. The landlord wants to kick everyone out- the 2 elevators are slow if they are running. It's hard to get the entire team in the office at the same time- travelling, vacation, working from home, etc. Lack of rigor to the deliverables. Farming production work to India.

      Pros

      Reasonable pace to the work. Good work-life balance. Firm is somewhat transparent about its financial well-being.

      Cons

      Little quality control to the design deliverables- almost no standards for a large firm. Every office does their own thing. Poor BIM support. Very long wait for elevators- landlord is forcing the office to leave. Too many meetings and committees with very few results. Hiring of some staff who don't seem to contribute to the profitability of the firm.

      Pros

      Great work. Quality of work is awesome. Free food at times and support for licensing.

      Cons

      Women and international employees have no respect. They are treated badly and let go easily. Very political. Dressing well is very imp. They want you to work 60+ hours but will not tell you so because of HR stuff. If you don't work like that, you are let go. Too much politics
