Poor pay, little support for growth (unless you are one of the favourites), NBBJ would rather let people go than invest in them or realise potential for growth - a ceiling seems to exist whereby those in leadership protect their positions by discouraging those 'below' them to learn and grow; HR department poorly run; severe lack of diversity - very 'male and pale'; too many committees/management meetings, very hard to get quick decisions; females not truly supported through their working life (zero maternity support, working from home and flexible working frowned upon); long hours are not rewarded, and are expected.
