      Lots of initiative opportunities, training resources, and good corporate/commercial projects for growing professional skills.

      Cons

      The project base studios and work structure might have negative influence to junior while not sure which area to grow and sometimes end up lost in the process, doing same thing over and over. Corporate, office politics, gossip and small groups. Promotion is a very long process.
