Pros

Corporate Finance - Senior executives (my manager's manager) are very qualified. They give great guidance and hold efficient meetings. HR is professional. Perks like free movie screenings for upcoming movies at City Walk.

Cons

Senior/ middle managers (director level) are too uptight and micromanages staff/seniors. Only cares about the deadline and doesn't care whether you've worked until 9 pm and did not eat dinner and still asks you to stay to finish uploading data to a database that continues to generate errors. - forgot to mention: they don't even offer you dinner even if you worked until 12 am.

Pros

Lots of downtime, bosses don't hover over you for the most part. Great perks, discounts to most universal city walk stores and restaurants. Lot has a gym but it's pricey, lunch options on the lot as well but not the cheapest.

Cons

Would be nice to have better direction for admins. We were always scheduling 1x1's for our bosses and their direct reports but never had one for ourselves. Would have been nice to be included in team meetings, lunches, etc. I didn't feel like I was part of the team and definitely no career guidance for us.

Pros

Mediocrity is rewarded here. Benefits are fairly good and the perks, if you value them are nice.

Cons

This company operates on plantation politics. It is not a place for top talent, nor innovation. When people speak of this place being political, they are really describing a place that condones bias and discrimination. Look at the history and color deviation of those that are promoted versus that of those who are perpetually looked over.
