The higher-ups at NBH Bank are generous in supporting employee advancement and growth. Since I joined the bank, I believe I have attended more than five training opportunities. We also have the most updated tools and resources to succeed in our jobs. Our managers also give us regular feedback to improve in our roles.

I have good work hours at this company, so I can go home early and be with my loved ones. I don’t take work home, either. We have enough breaks and relaxation. I appreciate our leaders!
