Pros

We are in a constantly evolving industry. Things around here also move fast, so sometimes keeping up can take time, especially for newbies. But then, I find it fulfilling because I stay engaged and can accomplish many tasks. I also overlook the time because I enjoy my job.

Collaborative team environment: People support each other. We help clients become more financially literate. Our bank has strong and supportive leaders. The upper management provides numerous training opportunities.
