Amazing experience so far

Pros

Management is amazing. The workload isn't killer. The pay isn't bad either and management truly wants you to advance in the company and will help you achieve it. I came from a smaller bank and while there was a period of transition, it wasn’t anything too significant and I received more than enough support throughout.

Cons

The company is a bit behind in IT and has a lot of their items still in paper when it should be online. The company is implementing things in place to catch up and better the bank, though, so that’s good.

Pros

I get to talk with people all day. I get to hear their stories and help them with their banking needs. In addition to that, I have the best pay I’ve ever had. I feel less stress and more joy since working here.

Cons

I think things are going well! I have nothing bad to say.
