Job was chill, coworkers were friendly and overall the job wasn’t too much of a hassle.

Cons

The only downside is that if you make a slight mistake with handling money, you may get fired. Unless you fix the issue the same day!

Pros

NBH’s company culture and environment is second-to-none. Leadership is people-focused and cares about associates just like they're customers. Benefits are generous (healthcare, 401k, PTO). Your teammates really do care about you and I've found (working in/with various departments in the bank) they become like a second family.

Cons

The ONLY con worth mentioning is that advancement is slow/ inconsistent.
