      Pros

      Joining the compliance team at NHB will have a profound impact on your career. Something’s always happening and the learning never quite stops. The team is intelligent and business focused. Not much managerial oversight. Certainly nothing that would warrant micromanagement.

      Cons

      Employee morale will ebb and flow upwards and downwards.

      Pros

      A good place to start if you’re new to the industry. Excellent compensation in terms of salary and benefits. Their health insurance coverage makes it worth it alone. Will provide a good platform for you to build your career off of. Who knows? If you like it enough you might decide to make this your permanent home. Even if you don’t it’ll be easy to move up in your career with NBH Bank on your resume.

      It’s fairly fast paced most of the time.

      Sales culture is life

      Pros

      It’s all about getting those sales, sales, sales. You have to be 100% about that sales life! I’m the type of person who lives for the grind. I understand the intricacies of overcoming objections and getting that yes even when the initial answer is no. This isn’t for everybody. You should do some soul searching before applying. The worst thing you could do for yourself is to work a job that pays well but makes you hate life.

      Cons

      Not many to speak of.
