      Pros

      The company cares deeply about their associates. They seem to care a lot about employee satisfaction so that’s good. They offer great benefits and pay. They try to help you develop into the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. At the end of the day the more effective you are the more you can do for the company. It’s a win win for everybody.

      Workload fluctuations. High management expectations.

      Pros

      From the day I started I’ve been very pleased with my experience at NBH Bank. Work/life balance is more so balanced towards life than work. Hard work is expected but never at the expense of your mental health. My team are the hardest working guys in town. Many shining examples at my branch of individuals who built a steady career. Great job security if you’re interested in sticking around for the long haul.

      Cons

      People filter in and out all of the time. It won’t take long for you to figure out if you’re a good fit.

      Pros

      Culture is the best I’ve ever experienced. It didn’t take me long to make friends here. Everyone looks out for one another like you would expect from a family member. Scheduling works well for me too. Management is willing to work with as long as your requests are reasonable. I give NBH two thumbs up!

      Cons

      The volume of work goes up and down throughout the year.
