      Pros

      A family-oriented work atmosphere. NBH is constantly looking out for associates to ensure they have all the tools and resources they require at their disposal to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Very supportive from the top of the organization to the bottom. Really couldn’t have asked for a better job.

      Cons

      Communication isn’t the smoothest it could be. We have some work to do in this department.
