      Pros

      Growing organization with a ton of opportunity for those who are willing to take ownership and work hard.

      Cons

      There are a lot of cultures melding given recent and ongoing acquisitions so that makes for a pretty dynamic environment which can be challenging, both for legacy and new associates. There are many associates that cannot embrace the entrepreneurial culture and spend too much time and energy pining for any 'easier' day-to-day experience rather than investing that time and energy into improving the organization for the long run.

      Easy to work with executive management team.

      Cons

      Work from home capability is in place but frowned upon in some departments. Middle. Some departments have no shot at receiving a bonus while others are very handsomely rewarded.

      Bank of Last Resort - Low Pay and Terrible Management

      Pros

      There are a few good people left at NBH Bank but they are very hard to find.

      Cons

      This bank pays some of the lowest wages in Denver, they will essentially only consider hiring someone with little to no experience and "try" to train them into a serviceable member of the staff, however, when this is the case for such a large % of the staff, you end up with a terribly run bank by horribly inexperienced people and moral is even worse. The top execs only care about one thing, their stock price and how to increase it. Stay away from this bank unless you have no other options.
