Nothing of note, lacklustre sales leaders who come and go, current MD not impressive. Better to seek career advancement elsewhere. Recent reviews look manufactured to make company look good.

Cons

Target and metrics too hard to achieve, greater than 70%, before earn a cent linked with consulting leader not helpful and weak sales leadership, everyone is looking for other jobs.
