      Pros

      Great opportunities for progression. Have seen first hand that they would rather promote internally than recruit externally, even for senior positions. They take a chance on prospects with limited to no experience to develop them within the company. Offer plenty of services which allows you to move laterally into different areas of the business as long as you show an interest. Recent examples being project managers moving into a SOC role and SOC staff moving to CIRT/pen test teams.

      Cons

      Pay hasn’t been on par with industry in recent years, however big strides have been made in June 2021 to correct this and many have seen a significant pay rise.

      Pros

      Good snacks and happy hours. Great friends. Really easy job with low expectations from management.

      Cons

      Overall it was fun to work there, but it didn't offer much in terms of career growth
