      Pros

      Amazing team mates and clients Professional services team are mostly supportive. Global collaboration - colleagues around the world make time to help and work with each other.

      Cons

      The organization grew too quickly, we are constantly playing catch up on hiring new PS team members ( not really a con, I guess )

      Achievable targets Work hard-play hard mentality Fun office vibe always friendly and warming If you prove yourself then the opportunities will open up for you!

      Cons

      Small aspects of micromanaging (in the beginning of a role) Can be a little stressful with month to month targets as opposed to quarterly targets.
