      Pros

      Started in Jan 24 and feel very welcomed into the team. Lots of room to progress and develop and everyone looks out for you. The team spirit is great and even though a lot of people work from home you don’t feel alone or disconnected plenty of communication.

      There are many positive aspects of the company, but like any organization, there are also some challenges, such as communication with executive leadership team.
