Really good culture, helpful co-workers, collaborative and supportive. Excellent reputation in the market and acknowledged high quality delivery. A leader in this field with Global coverage and broad solution portfolio. If you represent NCC Group in the market you get respect.

Cons

The laser-like focus on technical excellence can often over complicate process. There is nothing unique about the challenges of working at NCC Group - they are the same as any other global company.

- Self Management, self driving - Flexibility - Extremely tech savvy and the company is extremely well recognized/respected in the industry.

Cons

- too much to learn as tech changes rapidly - being self managed also meant that you have to be more independent and creative in getting what you need
