      Pros

      Great culture from the top down, very uplifting teammates and supportive work environment. Management is very focused on growth and is intentional in finding ways to do so. All NCD employees have a very "how can I help?" attitude which makes working alongside them wonderful.

      Cons

      Fully remote can be lonely at times. Nothing video calls can't fix!

      Growth opportunities Amazing team, team leads, supervisors, trainers and managers. Constant refreshers to keep you up to date on changes within processes and company policies. 9-6 schedule, Monday through Friday. Work from home.

      Pros

      NCD is a great company for anyone who is looking for a remote position. NCD is a very caring and understanding towards its employees. They understand that there are challenges associated with remote positions, and they work hard to give us the necessary tools and resources for success. NCD provides great ways of communication, making it easy for employees to talk to each other. Overall, I could not be happier to be with NCD.
