Pros
Management is extremely understanding and willing to work around and with you on any events that come up in your personal life. The culture is great, focused on getting work done and taking care of it's people. Everybody here has the attitude of a mentor, and truly wants to see you grow and learn.
Cons
I have a work from home position, and have had to travel a few times. For me this is a negative, but traveling has been kept to the absolute minimum and people with different personalities or roles within the company would feel differently.
