I have been blown away by the positive, uplifting culture that permeates every aspect of the organization. One of the things that sets this company apart is the top-notch senior leadership team. Our leaders are not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their respective departments, but they also lead from the front, setting an example for all of us to follow. They are always willing to roll up their sleeves and dive in alongside us, and they never hesitate to offer guidance and support. One of the other standout aspects of this company is the emphasis on good interdepartmental communication and collaboration. Despite working in different areas of the organization, everyone is united by a shared goal and a sense of teamwork. Whether we are collaborating on a major project or simply bouncing ideas off one another, there is always a sense of mutual respect and a willingness to help one another out. This level of collaboration has not only fostered a positive work environment but has also resulted in the successful execution of our initiatives.

I'm fortunate to have landed at NCD. The support I've received from upper management is next level - from my boss, from my boss's boss, all the way up to our CEO. Our CEO even checks in with us 1:1 on a regular basis to see how things are, what we can improve, etc. This company stresses learning, growth, personal development, work/life balance, and making sure you are happy in your role. And the teamwork and camaraderie is genuine. I'm here to stay!
