      NCD is an amazing company to advance with and enhance your skillset. The company cares about it's employees and ensuring the culture of the company is enjoyable. Our brilliant CEO, Sam, is innovative and really puts forth the best efforts to ensure the success of the company. The company offers bonus opportunities and great additional benefits.

      Pros

      They are a wonderful company! I worked with the ops department and they are such great people. I had a baby and was lucky enough to be a stay at home mom. I would still be working with the company if things where different. From the CEO to HR and everyone in between has such a great attitude. They really do have a great work life balance and are willing to work with you to help you be successful.

      Cons

      The pay was low but you can only expect so much from a company. Im sure if i would have stayed longer the pay would have caught up.
