      -Management is incredibly supportive of individuals as it pertains to personal and company growth and success -Engagement from all levels of management -Not micromanaged but still have a clear understanding of KPIs -Management is receptive to new ideas, win together attitude -Good communication interdepartmentally

      Pros

      It is one of the most supportive work environments I have ever been a part of. I like that it is a company that is there to help you grow and you are trained adequately. NCD makes you feel like a valued employee.

      Pros

      NCD is a great place to work. Everyone is always willing to help. Members can sometimes be a bit difficult but I always have to support to help with those difficult situations. This is a very laid back company. I love my job at NCD!!!
