It a great place to work and feel safe in your own environment, with opportunities to learn more each day through our chat portal. Also have Medical, dental and Vision benefits.

Cons

The opportunities for a career path and advancement is limited to a few select. PTO reviews and approvals are a bit delayed.

Working for NCD is one of the best companies I have worked in my life. There are many opportunities to grow. The environment is great and the employees are loved and care for, we don't go unnoticed for our hard work.

Cons

There was a time when I struggled in the billing department and the way it was being handled that caused me to discouraged in not seeing the same amount of money that was being brought in.
