I really enjoy the teamwork culture of our company. Everyone in administration and leadership is dedicated to maintaining a positive encouraging work environment. I also appreciate the ability to work from home. The work schedule and hours are very convenient and help me balance time with family. Wages are very good compared to other job listings for similar remote positions. There is always opportunity to promote or move to a department where you can utilize your strengths.

Coming from an extensive military background and moving into a corporate setting, my biggest fear was missing out on the camaraderie and culture. NCD and every department/employee throughout has made me feel at home. The culture is something far greater and healthier than anything I have seen at ANY company or organization. If it is discussing personal issues, driving ideas to help the team improve, working with marketing to streamline processes, or really anything else; everyone in management is understanding and open to thoughts. There is an abundant amount of growth in the future for our company, and I would advise getting on board to being a part of something great with us!
