Pros

Very relaxed/casual atmosphere with almost zero supervision. This is a good job to start with in IT so long as you can ask questions and glean alot from short, half answers

Cons

Very relaxed/casual atmosphere with almost zero supervision. I received almost no training and their chain of command is barely recognized

Pros

Small company with family feel. Management makes me feel appreciated and three is a sense of employee loyalty. Not the typically big company BS, no quarterly layoffs, can get decisions made quickly, etc.

Cons

Company is growing rapidly so must wear multiple hats.
